Cinderella Tedd's use of "real" is a reflection of how they think Bishop would feel about the situation, and not an opinion being expressed about who does or doesn't count as "real" daughters under any given circumstances.
I don't think most people would interpret it that way, but I've been doing this here cartooning thing for some time now. I've got a sense for when something just might get me yelled at if looked at from the wrong angle.

It's possible this is the first time this version of Tedd has ever given certain things any real conscious thought.
