A smoke form is not something I would have done a few years ago. I mean, yes, magic and transformation, but a SMOKE FORM?! How does that even work? Where is their brain right now? Is it smoke? Can they literally lose their mind in a strong breeze?
Now? Whatever. Smoke form. It works because reasons, like all magic. Besides, it's fun.
That said, I'm pretty sure I originally imagined the smoke magic as like "ooh, I can create fog, isn't that super duper". But then I had other ideas that allowed for more stuff to happen, so bam. Now we're here.
