Wait, is this foreshadowing?
This better not be foreshadowing.
Wait, I foreshadow even when I'm not trying to foreshadow OH MY GOD THERE'S NO WAY TO KNOW IF THIS IS FORESHADOWING
Unless I knew in advance that it was foreshadowing? Then I'd know, right?
I don't even know anymore.
Anyway, I've lightened Ellen's "green" hair in greyscale to make it more apparent when that's the case, and so that it's at least obvious that it's lighter than Elliot's hair.
Law and Elliot
I ran into trouble writing this, and a big part of it was I kept over-elaborating on the whole police thing. It could've easily been a page elaborating on various issues related to that, which actually would have been sort of weird given that Elliot only started looking into that yesterday.
But then I realized that I was letting my worries about people misunderstanding my views on such matters write the story, and as Elliot says in panel three, "today's not about that".
I mean, obviously it's in the story for SOME reason, but it's not the main plot point, darn it.
So, I guess it's possible people will make assumptions about my views on law enforcement? Except, I mean, I've already talked about those in these commentaries, but not everyone reads these, so...
Well, whatever. Brooklyn Nine-Nine is good.
