Poor Ohkie Rue Ne's design was influenced by my knowing this flashback was coming. Granted, it probably worked better for Ohkie to be more of a basic dragon, but it might have been designed to be scarier-looking if this guy wasn't a couple pages away.Yeah, so anyway, in case anyone was wondering where that werewolf curse came from?
Well, THERE'S the problem.
This page gives two examples of immortal law being subjective by design. Pandora intentionally being closest to the werewolf, hoping it attacks her? Not every immortal would actually believe that, so not every immortal could have done that.
Same goes for whoever that dragon is. VERY few immortals could have pulled that sort of nonsense and not have it be against immortal law.
