It's possible Grace has a bit of experience with "calm" people.
I considered having the discussion instead be about how concerned they should be on a scale of one to ten. Grace would have given a very low number, but with a point added due to Jay not liking hugs (thus eliminating one of Grace's primary tactics for diffusing any given situation).
I liked it enough to bring up here, but it seemed a bit forced with neither Justin nor Grace acting entirely natural. I like Justin feeling a bit awkward about things, and Grace advocating calm understanding more.
