I don't think he was really talking about presents, Susan.
As anyone who double-checked either of the above links, no, they're not talking about the same mystery as six months ago. I think it's safe to say that once Ellen and Nanase started solving mysteries, they didn't stop.
I'm gradually making amends for mistakes made with Justin's hair. Look! It's not a complete black void in the last panel! Huzzah! I made the underside of his hair black for the sake of contrast, but I think it's overkill to the point of being wrong.
All that said, I'm liking Elliot's hair. It's basically a mess, but that's what I like about it.
