Obvious reference to this comic and Pixar's Up. I was pretty much trying to sketch an actual "SQUIRREL!" moment from that movie with Justin and Noah in place of Carl and Doug, respectively. I'm not sure why Noah's wearing the translation collar, though. I'm almost positive he doesn't need it.
When one stops to think about it, the comic doesn't actually make any reference to Up. Like the movie itself, it was merely making reference to the actual behavior of dogs chasing squirrels. Nonetheless, I can't think of dogs chasing after squirrels anymore without thinking of Up.
