When I first saw this request, I was concerned. "Captain Tightpants? Oh no. What in the world am I going to have to draw now?" Then I did a search and saw they meant Captain Mal from Firefly.
Then I was like "oh, Mal! That's awesome!" Soon followed by "oh my glob I can't remember the context of Captain Tightpants. His pants are actually sorta loose. I'm going to have to watch the whole series again, aren't I?"
