Various people have asked this same question, and the answer is simple: That's not how Justin rolls. It's also not how Grace would normally roll, but hey, it's a sketchbook. She's not actually big on robbing banks, either.
Were George present in the storyline, however, it's possible this would have come up in the story itself.
