An alternate ending for Power Fantasy? A spoiler? A silly sketchbook inspired by the comic for April 17th? YOU DECIDE! By which I mean it's obviously that last one.
Incidentally, one might mock Sarah's questioning of whether she had always been what she was, but you should keep in mind that philosophers ask such questions on a daily basis. As such, you really should be mocking those philosophers instead of Sarah.
