Monday, Mar 8, 2010 I'm going to keep EGS:NP on hiatus for a bit. The past week wasn't exactly conducive to funny comic writing (thank goodness the story script was written in advance), and I want to give the story comics and working on book three priority.
I wouldn't feel a need apologize for doing this, except that I specifically said it was only going to last for a week two weeks ago. I should have played it by ear right from the start, and for that I apologize. On the plus side, story comics three times a week and book three on its way.
EGS:NP will return at a yet to be determined date, but the day I announce its return will likely be the same day I start promoting book three, so that'll be a big news day for the site. |

Monday, Mar 1, 2010 Good news and bad news, everyone!
The good news is that story comics will now update three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There is a buffer, and I could sit back and do nothing for the rest of the week and none of you would be able to tell. Until next week, that is, when I'd get lynched. In addition, the entire script for this new storyline is done, so my Writer's Block has a lot of free time on its hands.
The bad news is that EGS:NP is staying on hiatus for another week. While I do have a strong story buffer, I want it to be stronger, and EGS:NP doesn't have much of one yet. I want to be at least a week ahead on both sections, so I'm putting off bringing it back for one more week so both sections will have strong buffers. When it does come back, EGS:NP will update on Tuesdays and Thursdays. |
