Fox sticking her tongue out amused me. That's the full extent of the logic behind that.
If I HAD to justify it, however, it reflects Nanase resisting a desire to poke fun at Tedd, but failing to keep Fox from expressing it.
I think custom-made puzzles would be best for this, but Tedd is a general going to war with the army they have, not the army they want.
