The next EGS:NP will be Monday

This wound up being what can only fairly be called a Thursday comic due to many factors, and the part of my brain that actually pays attention to the laws of time and space (and the necessity of sleep) has determined that I really do need to push the next one to Monday. Mayhem will continue then.

And now, your regularly scheduled commentary

Ashley, when a Kitty asks you if a storyline is canon, say yes.

Kitty's catgirl magic has grown beyond its origin, especially in non-canon, but its default behavior is sort of the opposite of FV5 in that targets that start out male wind up with the more exaggerated features (and outfit changes). That first catgirl in panel two was female to begin with, as was the third (not counting Kitty). The rest were presumably manly men.

Granted, there's some size change nonsense going on that's clearly more than the original spell, but still.

Also, I'm not sure if the smallest of the catgirls is behaving that way because of magic. I mean, it's possible, but it may well be that they just like the form and/or are in a "when in Rome" sort of mood.
