Sometimes, a thing is silly enough.
Not being a huge Elvis Presley fan, their leader's dialogue having a bunch of references to Elvis songs was lost on me until I stumbled upon that bit of trivia while looking up... Something? I can't remember what the heck I was actually trying to look up at the time. Knowing New Vegas, it could've been any number of obscure things.
