When Susan landed on Ashley's space with no way to take it during playtesting, and I looked at Ashley's hand, Ashley and I were in complete agreement:

"Yes. Yes to this."

Interestingly, the Ditzy card meant Ashley could have transformed Susan no matter what so long as Ashley had at least three cards. She could have had nothing but clothing cards, and she could have transformed Susan. Only one chosen at random would've worked, and Ashley's Ditzy would have "escalated" in some way, but short of being down one or more cards due to transforming someone else first after her last turn, there's no way she wouldn't have been able to transform Susan.

Of course, there is the possibility that she might have given too much thought to "could", and not enough to "should"...
