This was to be expected, really.

As Rhoda suggested, the size transformations have averaged out, basically meaning their currents sizes are the results of taking the previous individual size changes, halving how significant the changes were, and applying them to both of them.

Catalina and Rhoda's intended scale is about 57.14% scale (so considering 3 dimensions, about 18.66% size), and I believe each of them are proportionately six inches taller than normal (Rhoda originally grew about a foot). If I recall correctly, that makes Rhoda proportionately 5' 6" (1.68m) and Cataliana 6' 0" (1.83m).

Granted, with all this shifting, it's possible I messed that up at some point, BUT ASSUMING I DIDN'T, Rhoda would be literally 3' 1.7" (0.96m), and Catalina 3' 5.1" (1.05m).

So, you know, way bigger than the 9.14" (0.23m) Catalina was previously, but still much smaller than normal.

And yes, in case you haven't noticed, I like it when I can find excuses to have the results of transformations be somehow influenced by math. There's something about it that's fun for me, in part because I might not know what the result will be before I run the numbers.
