This is the sort of scene I normally wouldn't have in EGS, but in the context of parodying an option in an action RPG video game, sure! I mean, all that literally happened was Grace went through a series of dialogue options, things faded to black, and she received a notification that the NPC was now gone and the plot MacGuffin item with them.
Granted, that's a bit of a slippery slope. "No, see, this entirely questionable and graphic scene is all happening in the context of a video game they're playing, therefore it's fine to show in the comic." I wouldn't worry too much about that, however. It's not like video games are constantly pushing the boundaries of what's acceptable to put in them, right?
