The answer is yes.
The visuals are, however, one hundred percent unnecessary for acquiring information about another person's deck.
Bunch of cards
I knew that I'd wind up drawing something too close to a rectangular cube in panel four without help, so I actually dug out 60 cards, slapped them on a wooden tray, and took pictures to work from. A side effect of this was that I thought the texture of the tray looked nice in the pictures, so I tried to add a bit of texture in the panel, too.
