I can't help but think of Justin as like an NPC in a video game giving the protagonist important plot details.
"Greetings, weary traveler! Welcome to my comic shop!"

- Heard any rumors?
- What's it like running a shop in Moperville?
- Can you identify this card I found?
"Complete strangers have been recognizing each other, knowing names of those they've not spoken to before! Quite perplexing, isn't it? I fear magic may be afoot!"
