Elliot likes dogs. It's just a bit weird to be compared to dogs.
Minor spoiler for clarity that would be acquired on Monday anyway, I guess, but weekends are long, and I don't want anyone yelling at me for all weekend for making Elliot not like good doggos.
I defend that last panel Susan face with the argument that she is trying extra hard to make Elliot feel good about dog magic
That, and I sketched that face on an impulse, and then decided it 100% had to become a canon thing that happened.
