...Maybe? I think? Honestly, I'm not sure. I mean, I'm the one writing this. Ultimately, I know whether an "oh snap" is called for, and any attempt to claim that I'm uncertain whether it should apply is an out-and-out lie, but I'm honestly confused for reals.
Of course, if in reference to panel four, then it most certainly applies.
