Tedd's in sort of a weird position. He wants to let the world know about magic, but not quite yet, and he definitely doesn't want to spread word of Grace's alien hybrid-osity. He's basically in a near constant state of wanting to yell secrets from the rooftops and making sure nobody hears them.
